The North Bend Veterans Park, at Ninth and Main, pays tribute to all the men and women who have served this country in the armed forces. Five life-size bronze statues represent different branches of the military. Engraved bricks and a kiosk linking to online stories of veterans memorialize local veterans past and present who have served the United States in uniform. Sculpture artist Fred Hoppe was commissioned to design the park and make the statutes.
