Indoor Triathlon at Fremont Family YMCA
Are you looking to challenge yourself? Are you looking to train for something? This is the perfect opportunity to do both of those things! This indoor triathlon is a great way to test your endurance and try a triathlon in a safe environment. The race is for those 12 and older and the race format is fixed time:
Swim: 15 minutes (laps counted)
Bike: 20 minutes (distance recorded on monitor)
Run: 20 minutes (distance counted)
Total distance accumulated = participant’s score.
