DESCRIPTION:Fremont’s annual Turkey Trot hosts several options for you to prep for your Thanksgiving Day feasts\, including a 1-mile walk\, and both a 2-mile and 5-mile run! Whether you’re looking to crush a fast time on a PR-friendly course or have a great and fun time with the family\, we’ve got something in store for everyone!\nThe day starts with the 5-mile race at 8:30 am\, followed by the 2-mile run and 1-mile walk at 8:35 am. Both the 2-mile and 5-mile runs will be chip-timed by Run Nebraska\, with awards for the top overall male and female finishers\, as well as the top 2 finishers in each of the following age groups*:\n10 & under\n11-14\n15-19\n20-29\n30-39\n40-49\n50-59\n60+\nIn addition to awards\, the top male and female in the 5-mile race will each win $100*! Results will be emailed to all of those who’ve provided an email address at the time of registration\, and can also be found online at www.itsyourrace.com.\nPre-race packet pick-up is available at the Fremont Family YMCA beginning on Wednesday\, November 23rd from 12:00-8:00 pm\, or the day of the race beginning at 7:00 am.
