First Congregational Church Trunk or Treat

October 26, 2022 @ 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Calling all local businesses, organizations, and families!
October 26, 2022 6:30-8 pm
Come participate in this Free Community Event!
Use your company or personal vehicle and hand out treats from your trunk. Choose a theme, bring lots of candy, wear a costume, and have fun! All cars and trucks welcome and must complete the attached form prior to the event.
Participating vehicles will need to be parked in the designated area no later than 6:00 pm (you can come as early as 5pm). The parking lot team can help direct you to a spot in the parking lot.
Open up and decorate your trunk or the back of your vehicle. There are some great trunk decorating ideas on the internet!! Please refrain from anything overly spooky or gory. Possibilities could include a Halloween theme, sports, comic characters, Biblical, exotic locations, a particular decade- and can be as elaborate or simple as you wish. If lights are needed, please make sure they’re battery powered, as electricity will not be available on site.
If you wear a costume, please do not wear a mask. For security purposes we want to make sure that all adults are identifiable. For candy, please only bring store-bought individually wrapped treats. Or consider giving out a non-candy treat
At 7:45 pm, we award trunk prizes. So if you’re angling for fame and fortune (minus the fortune), get ready to decorate!
For safety reasons, please plan to stay parked and decorated until 8pm, breaking down your decorations and leaving after that.
